215 Main is a warehouse space that served as an old dairy store, a bakery, and so much more. Some people in my community didn’t have high hopes for the space and it sat vacant for a long time. I just couldn’t sit back and watch that happen, so I bought it and it’s my goal to strengthen the heartbeat of downtown by pouring into it, and watching it grow all over again. It is begging for new life, but it was left with $300,000 in structure damages and deterioration.
